Government to take people along on national issues

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Babar Awan said on Wednesday that the government would take people along on the issues pertaining to national security.
"All political leaders have shown unanimity and stood behind the government and the armed forces in matters relating to national security interests", he said, while referring to the all-parties conference (APC) chaired by Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani here at PM House on Tuesday.
Appreciating wisdom shown by the political leadership during in-camera session of the Parliament on security issue, he said now they (political parties) stand united against any threat.-APP
