PML-N announces to participate in lawyers long march

LAHORE: Quaid Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) and Former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has announced to fully participate in lawyers long march if the deposed judges were not reinstated by March 09.
"I would personally appeal to people belonging to different school of thoughts to participate in lawyers long march because not only the country can make progress but problem being faced by people would not be resolved without independent judiciary", he said while addressing the ceremony organized with regard to Party foundation day on Saturday.
Nawaz Sharif said Government should reinstate deposed judges immediately. He also termed the re-appointment of deposed judges illegal. He said we would have to find out the reasons creating hurdle in county's development.
Each countryman has concern over country's future, he said, adding that, PML-N was committed to ensuring implementation on Charter of Democracy. It would be difficult for us to survive in comity of the nation if we did not rectify our situation, he said.
Bitterly criticizing last 8 years rule of dictatorship, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif held Former President Pervez Musharraf responsible for country's current situation. Government had presented guard of honour to Pervez Musharraf who breached constitution, made comprise on country sovereignty and arrested judges, he said.
The incumbent Government was implementing the policies of Pervez Musharraf, he regretted. He asked Government to take back all incentives from dictators. We had to lose East Pakistan due to a dictator Yayhah Khan and there is dire need to ascertain reason behind fall of Dhaka, he said.
The situation in Balochistan and tribal areas of the country are deteriorating and army is being used against country's people, he said. US is openly violating country's sovereignty, he said while expressing concern over Government' mum in this respect. The country's sovereignty is at stake, he said.
He assured PML-N would not destabilize incumbent Government. We do not want to strengthen undemocratic powers. No comprise would be made on country's sovereignty, he said. It is better to include Former President Pervez Musharraf into PML instead of making alliance with PML-Q, he said. We have no differences with anyone but we are against undemocratic forces, he said.-Online
