ISLAMABAD: PML-N MNA Anjum Aqeel Khan has said that after remaining in decade long political struggle the major political parties including PPP and PML-N have learnt a lot to ensure the continuity of democratic process. Talking to a private television channel he said that it was unfortunate that his party has to withdraw from the coalition on the basis of principles but it will keep on supporting the positive steps of the government. He said that there is no eminent threat to PML-N government in Punjab adding Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani have publicly stated they will not ditch the provincial government. To a question he said that if the judiciary were restored on its pre-November 3 status the PML-N leadership may think over rejoining the coalition government. To another question he said that Mian Nawaz Sharif pays heed to the suggestions of all the party members and workers in decision making. The breaking of coalition was not a good development in the larger interest of nation as well as for the PPP led central government. He said that PPP led government was easily placed to run the state affairs but now it has made itself vulnerable for blackmailing by certain quarters.-APP
